As the founder, owner and Designated Broker of MC Dream Builders Realty, LLC, she has dedicated nearly two decades to expanding housing opportunities and empowering Native American tribes, tribal housing entities, and families through expert real estate services and strategic housing solutions.

Maria is widely recognized as a leader and pioneer in tribal real estate transactions and Native housing initiatives. In 2010, she became the first Realtor to successfully sell a home on Indian Trust Land on the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Reservation, creating a landmark opportunity that helped pave the way for future homeownership on reservation lands.
Her expertise spans residential, commercial, land, ranch, and multi-family real estate transactions, including properties located on both Fee Simple and Indian Trust Lands. - Representing the Navajo Nation in the acquisition of over 28,000 acres of aboriginal lands in Colorado.
- Helping tribal entities save millions of dollars through strategic negotiations and land acquisitions.
- Supporting affordable housing preservation efforts and helping prevent foreclosures to protect housing opportunities for Native families.
- Successfully completed the sales and marketing of a 23 low-income townhome community and the second phase of a 25 mixed-income single-family housing development for the Navajo Housing Authority.

She has conducted numerous homebuyer education workshops, HUD Section 184 loan trainings, and presentations on reservation homeownership and housing development throughout Arizona and beyond.
Her dedication to community leadership includes serving on tribal housing committees and participating in the founding effort of the National Tribal Land Association, where she served as Interim Vice-Chair.
